GOVERNMENT MORATORIUM :
ALIENS LANDHOLDING LICENCE (REDUCED FEES)

In a bid to encourage meaningful real estate development in Anguilla, the Government of Anguilla has implemented reduced fees for non-Anguillians/Belongers to hold title to land.

Aliens Landholding fees have been reduced from 12.5% to 6.25% of the value of the land / purchase price (bare land) and down to 5% for developed land. Stamp duties on transfer are 5% of the land value / price for individual applicants, and 2.5% for local companies.
