How to fulfill her clients' objectives in the most reasonable, expedient and cost-effective manner. Her portfolio includes clients in the industries of media, entertainment, aviation and real estate - locally, regionally and internationally.
With legal experience in Anguilla, London and Singapore, Merlanih is also a Notary Public in Anguilla. Originally from Singapore, she is proficient in English, Mandarin and French.
Merlanih is passionate about Anguilla and regional development, and she is always eager to promote the jurisdiction's offshore financial services, real estate and tourism industries.
When her legal hat is off, Merlanih is busy developing her other ventures - Real Estate and Development with KEY Anguilla, in which she is a partner-realtor, and her mom-preneur kid art business, Anguilla Rocks. Her meditative moments are spent pottering about the garden and on the piano. Healthfulness is on the agenda, and she is determined to create more time to golf, jump in the sea, and to cloud-watch on her favourite white-sand beach.
